Mr. Bessicks has three decades of commercial real estate experience, and is firmly entrenched in the industry.  His career has included tenures with Cushman & Wakefield of Washington, DC, CBRE Group, and Concordis Real Estate Advisors, LLC.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland, University College, and his Master’s of Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.  He is a proud member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc.
